A Bit About My APPROACH
With over 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and facilitation, I specialize in helping individuals, teams and organizations transform unseen barriers into pathways for growth and purpose. Whether through visual facilitation, somatic practices, or deep process work, my approach is about making the invisible visible—so that what feels stuck can shift, and what’s waiting to emerge can be realized.
Bridging the SEEN & UNSEEN
Being a 5/1 Manifestor in Human Design, I naturally sense what’s ready to shift and help others break free from old patterns by bridging the logical and the felt, the seen and the unseen.
I thrive on big-picture thinking and deep investigation, which allows me to help others recognize the presence of resistance and move toward clarity, creativity, and action.
Holistic & INTEGRATIVE
My background includes training in 5Rhythms™ (Accredited Teacher), Nia™ (Blue Belt), Systems Constellations, Jungian Process Work, and Narrative Practices, as well as visual (business process) mapping, agile methodology, organizational development, and somatic practices. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science/Organizational Development from LIOS/Bastyr University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho and Washington.
