What is Goddess Dance?

Goddess Dance is more than a class or a celebration—
it’s a living ritual, a reclamation, a movement-based portal into the archetypes we carry within.

Each month, we gather in sacred circle to dance a different goddess archetype.  Through curated music, adornment, altar offerings, and somatic ritual, we call forward what’s been buried and invite it to rise.

This is where healing meets play.
Where sweat becomes prayer.
Where your Buried Internal Goddess (BIG) is invited to move, to be witnessed, to be seen.

The Goddess Dance is for women and women-identified beings who feel called to dance, deepen, and celebrate the sacred in a circle of sisterhood.

Where the Magic Happens

 

When weather allows, we gather in the outdoors that surround Solana's Studio and Lunaria's Den, in the sacred garden sanctuary nestled by trees, stars, and curated ritual space.

Adorned with veils, firelight, and intention, this space invites your BIG self forward.

In colder or rainy months, we'll move to an indoor space that maintains the same sacred feel. Exact details shared after registration. 

*Solana's Studio and Lunaria's Den are an extension of Heather's private home and are not open to the general public for use or rent.  These spaces are shared with love, intention and discretion by Heather with select coaching clients, friends and the Goddess Experiential Community for individual and group events.

This month’s Goddess Dance is an invitation to embody your Queen Self—the one who is deeply seen, rooted in her worth, and ready to rise in sovereignty and soul.

Bundle the dance with a private Queen Styling Session—an intimate ritual of archetypal activation and adornment guided by Heather. Using curated pieces from the Goddess Closet, you’ll explore how clothing becomes a language of power, beauty, and embodiment.

Your session begins with a Queen Archetype Oracle Reading to connect with where your inner Queen is already rising—and where she may still be hidden or restrained.

Whether you schedule before or after the dance, you’ll leave feeling more fully yourself—seen, sovereign, and radiantly expressed.

✨ Goddess Closet Styling Sessions are also available for special occasions (festivals, photo shoots, dance rituals), or for personal exploration and therapeutic integration.  All Styling Sessions include outfit rental from the Goddess Closet.

Preparing for the Journey

The Experience

  • Arrive – Doors open 30 minutes early for communal potluck, snacks, and social connection.

  • Circle & Center – We open with grounding, altar offerings, and an archetypal invitation into the evening’s theme.

  • Move & Release – A curated ecstatic dance journey designed to explore the essence of this month’s goddess archetype.

  • Integrate & Rest – We close in stillness with stretching, ritual reflection, and soft space to land.

What to Bring/Wear

  • Bring: Water, a symbolic object for the altar (a flower, stone, note, or item aligned with the archetype),  journal for reflection, a drum, rattle, or instrument for collective rhythm (optional)

  • Wear: Layers, textures, or anything that helps you express this month’s archetype—from silk and sequins to feathers and leather.  Let your clothing become a ritual of self-expression.

    OPTIONAL:  Bring items to share or donate to the Goddess Closet  

 

Community Agreements

 

  • This is a substance-free space. Please arrive clear-minded and sober to honor the depth of the experience and the shared energy of the group. We ask that no substances be used on the property or immediately prior to attending (except for medicinal use).

  • This is a non-sexual, inclusive space rooted in consent, embodiment, and reverence.  Women and women-identified beings of all sexual orientations, spiritual backgrounds, and body types/physical abilities are welcome.

  • Please help tend the circle by honoring personal boundaries, refraining from unsolicited touch, and showing up with presence, respect, and openness.

  • This is a space for expression, not performance—and for connection without expectation.
